As part of its Q1/21 issue focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, ABF Journal will be unveiling its inaugural Women in Asset-Based Lending profiles feature.
In this special section of the magazine, ABF Journal will highlight the most influential women in the ABL universe and the next generation of leaders who will continue to push the industry forward. The inaugural class will include senior secured lenders, specialty lenders and alternative finance providers, turnaround management professionals, commercial finance and bankruptcy law experts, and more.
“Financial services have historically been a male-dominated world and asset-based lending has been part of that, but just as we’re seeing across society, women are taking on more prominent roles in shaping the future of this industry,” Lisa Rafter, publisher of ABF Journal, said. “We want to reflect that change and highlight the excellent work and leadership that women in this industry provide each and every day.”
