Abacus Provides Debt Financing to Support Acquisition of BioTechLogic by Dark Horse

Abacus Finance Group, a provider of cash flow-based, classic senior debt for sponsor-led buyouts of lower middle-market companies, served as administrative agent and sole lender to support WestView Capital Partners’ Dark Horse Consulting in its acquisition of BioTechLogic._x000D_
