Abacus Finance Group served as administrative agent and sole lender in the leveraged buyout of Motion Sensors by Sentech, a portfolio company of Astor Place Holdings.

The transaction was managed by Abacus team members Joseph Lee and Austin Rendell, with legal counsel from Goulston & Storrs.
The transaction highlights continued activity in the sensor technology market, driven by demand across aerospace, industrial and defense sectors.
