SLR Business Credit (SLRBC) funded a $9 million recourse factoring facility, supported by accounts receivable and inventory, to Purecare, a 25-year-old, second-generation bedding company located near Phoenix, AZ, that serves home and mattress retailers throughout the United States.

SLRBC utilized its knowledge as an experienced lender to the retail industry to assess the management team’s strategy for overcoming challenges created by changes in U.S. tariff policy. Leveraging its industry and collateral expertise, SLRBC was able to refinance the existing lender with a facility that provides more liquidity to support the company’s vision.

“The SLRBC team worked seamlessly and quickly to meet the company’s liquidity needs,” Gino Clark, managing director at SLRBC, said. “We were impressed with the management team and look forward to supporting Purecare’s growth for years to come.”

Sean Bergman, CEO of Purecare, added, “SLRBC’s ability to understand our business, leadership team, history and long-term strategy really stood out to me. It’s rare to find a lender that takes the time to understand what has driven a company’s success and how that positions it for future growth. The relationship has been collaborative from the start, and we greatly appreciate SLRBC’s trust in our team.”
