On Oct. 5, 2026, Aurora Management Partners was appointed as the chief restructuring officer to Southern Motion, Inc. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi (case #26-13155-JDW). Overseeing the debtor’s business alongside David Baker, managing partner, are Travis Grody, director, and Ben Pendleton, associate director.
