Redhawk Federal Solutions formed a new banking relationship with Regions Bank to support Redhawk’s acquisition of Geneva Software and the company’s continued growth. The relationship with Regions Bank includes a new line of credit, enhanced treasury management tools and a delayed draw term loan (DDTL) facility to support future acquisitions.
“Regions has been incredibly helpful from day one, and this banking relationship reflects exactly the kind of collaborative, mission-focused bank Redhawk needs as we scale,” Matthew Muns, CEO of Redhawk Federal Solutions, said. “Their local bankers in Fort Worth and Regions’ defense, aerospace and government services team moved quickly to understand our business and structure a facility that supports not only the Geneva transaction but also our broader acquisition strategy. The DDTL gives us the flexibility to move on future opportunities without missing a beat, and the enhanced Regions Treasury Management tools will help streamline how we manage the business day to day.”
Brian Happel, Fort Worth market president and commercial banking executive for Regions, added, “At Regions Bank, our go-to-market strategy combines relationship-based banking with specialized industry teams that understand the unique opportunities affecting our clients. The strength of that approach allows us to deliver customized solutions that help companies, like Redhawk, pursue acquisitions, scale effectively, and achieve their growth ambitions. We are proud to welcome Redhawk Federal Solutions to the Regions Bank approach to client support.”
Regions’ new line of credit and DDTL facility provide Redhawk with committed capital to support both near-term working capital needs and a pipeline of future acquisitions, while Regions’ treasury management platform gives Redhawk enhanced visibility and control over cash management across its growing platform of operating companies.
The Regions relationship complements Redhawk’s existing capital partnerships, including Genesis Park, as the company continues to execute its acquisition strategy across the federal technology market.
