Biz2Credit | Biz2X, a fintech company built on two complementary platforms to deliver financing directly to SMBs wherever they work and bank, completed two strategic additions to its leadership team: Ted Kelleher as head of capital markets & strategic partnerships, and Frank McKeon as chief marketing officer. The hires deepen the company’s leadership bench as Biz2Credit | Biz2X accelerates growth in embedded finance and strengthens relationships with enterprise partners across forward-flow, securitization, and go-to-market strategy.
Kelleher is a senior financial services executive with a track record of leading high-performing teams, managing multi-million-dollar revenue streams, and securing billions of dollars in funding across private credit, fintech and global capital markets. He specializes in structured finance, capital planning and investor relations, building sustainable funding strategies through public and private securitizations, warehouse facilities and forward-flow agreements. Over his career, Kelleher has structured and closed more than $2.5 billion in total funding.
Among his career highlights, Kelleher:
- Launched and operationalized ByzFunder’s inaugural $170 million rated securitization as head of capital markets & corporate partnerships
- Led forward-flow programs and warehouse facilities at ApplePie Capital
- Drove growth equity and forward-flow transactions at Applied Data Finance
- Oversaw Funding Circle’s inaugural U.S. asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction and its follow-on securitizations
- Held direct P&L responsibility for a team of more than 60 sales professionals across the Americas as head of fixed income and currencies distribution at Société Générale, restructuring the firm’s client coverage model to deliver derivative and structured credit capabilities to Tier-1 banks, asset managers and corporate clients
At Biz2Credit | Biz2X, Kelleher will focus on expanding the company’s securitization pool, forward-flow capacity, and enterprise partnerships — work that translates directly into greater access to capital for the small businesses that need it.
McKeon will lead marketing strategy and execution across both brands, partnering with teams in the U.S. and India. He brings more than two decades of B2B and small business marketing leadership. Prior to joining Biz2Credit | Biz2X, he served as chief marketing officer across three Virgo Investment Group portfolio brands — Now Corp, Ygrene Energy Group and TuCielo — building differentiated brand positioning and lead generation programs across invoice financing and home improvement lending.
Among his career highlights, McKeon:
- Rebuilt Enova International and OnDeck’s SMB brand strategy and value proposition as head of small business marketing — growing direct originations from 7% to 27% of new volume and setting a company record with more than $1 billion in annual direct funding
- Built Time Warner Cable’s first enterprise direct marketing platform over more than a decade, driving 240% growth in sales leads in three years
At Biz2Credit | Biz2X, McKeon will lead the effort to tell the story of small business resiliency and strength — shaping a brand built by people who have worked in and with small businesses for more than two decades.
“We’re entering our next phase of growth — an SMB ecosystem grounded in strategic partnerships with a shared mission: expanding access to capital for small businesses everywhere,” Rohit Arora, co-founder and CEO of Biz2Credit | Biz2X, said. “Ted and Frank each strengthen a critical link in that value chain, Ted in the capital markets relationships that fund and grow our platform, Frank in the marketing leadership that carries our story to the partners and small businesses we serve.”
Ramit Arora, president and co-founder of Biz2Credit | Biz2X, added, “Ted and Frank join Biz2Credit | Biz2X at a pivotal moment. On the heels of our latest successful securitization and growing commitment from our forward-flow partners, Ted’s experience will deepen our capital markets bench, while Frank’s marketing leadership will help us scale that momentum with enterprise partners and small businesses alike.”
