B. Riley Securities, a full-service investment bank, served as financial advisor to ONE Nuclear Energy in the successful closing of its business combination with Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VII, a special purpose acquisition company.
In connection with the closing, the combined company was renamed ONE Nuclear Energy and commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “ONEN” on Sept. 24, 2026.
This transaction provides ONE Nuclear with the capital access and public market visibility required to accelerate its multi-technology energy infrastructure platform.
