Republic Business Credit Provides $15MM Factoring Facility for Apparel Manufacturer

The tailored solution provides immediate cash flow to optimize vendor payments and accelerate 2026 sales for the women-owned apparel manufacturer.

Republic Business Credit partnered with a women-owned branded apparel manufacturer to provide critical financial flexibility ahead of the company’s next growth cycle. To support upcoming fall shipments driven by strong consumer demand and outperforming sell-through rates, Republic has structured a $15 million factoring facility with an accordion feature of $20 million.

Republic structured a customized financing solution that broadened the manufacturer’s access to working capital by incorporating receivables not covered under its previous financing program. The facility also enables funding against invoices for products already delivered but awaiting processing through retailers’ EDI portals. Under the new structure, Republic will assume the credit risk on a major national retail chain while offering highly competitive pricing.

“We pride ourselves on getting to the heart of our clients’ challenges and engineering creative ways to solve them,” Eric Dorner, senior vice president, business development officer at Republic Business Credit, said. “We are thrilled to equip this company with the liquidity needed to sustain its extraordinary momentum.”

The newly optimized cash flow enables the manufacturer to pay its vendors more quickly, capturing early payment discounts that effectively offset the cost of the factoring facility.

“Throughout our 15-year history, we have consistently helped ambitious businesses navigate complex inflection points where capital constraints can inhibit new growth opportunities,” Robert Meyers, CEO of Republic Business Credit, said. “By providing the necessary liquidity to bridge that gap, we are proud to support these visionary founders and continue our tradition of partnering with high-growth firms.”
