The company was seeking additional working capital to support continued growth, accommodate larger customer orders and provide competitive credit terms to its customers.

Sallyport Commercial Finance funded a $1 million accounts receivables factoring facility for an established beauty and cosmetics distributor supporting customers across international markets.

The company was seeking additional working capital to support continued growth, accommodate larger customer orders and provide competitive credit terms to its customers. The new facility will provide the liquidity needed to purchase inventory from suppliers, fund larger orders and bridge the timing gap between supplier payments and customer receivable collections.

As the company continues to expand its international distribution business, its long-term goals include strengthening relationships with major retailers and increasing sales volumes across its growing portfolio of beauty and cosmetic brands.

The client is a former Sallyport customer returning for its next stage of growth, choosing to work with the team again based on their established relationship, familiarity with Sallyport’s approach and the ability to provide a flexible financing structure aligned with the company’s international sales cycle.

“We’re excited to support the next stage of the company’s growth,” Dean Winter, vice president of business development at Sallyport Commercial Finance, said. “With an expanding international customer base and increasing order volumes, our flexible working capital solution will provide the support needed to continue scaling.”

The $1 million factoring facility gives the company the working capital flexibility to respond to growing demand while continuing to invest in inventory and serve customers across its international markets.
