CohnReznick, a professional services firm, added Robert Weaver as transaction advisory services partner in its New York City office. Weaver brings more than 25 years of extensive accounting and finance experience, including over two decades dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, advising private equity and corporate clients across the industrial, consumer and business services sectors.
Weaver advises clients throughout the transaction lifecycle on critical financial, valuation and deal considerations, including quality and sustainability of earnings, normalized working capital and debt-like considerations, synergy realization, projections and divestiture exit readiness. His transaction experience spans strategic add-on acquisitions through multi-billion dollar carve-outs involving international operations.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Weaver was a partner and the tri-state TAS market leader for an accounting firm. He earned his BBA at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
