Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Aero Controls by Air Transport Components (ATC Group), an existing portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners and a provider of component maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the global aerospace industry.
The acquisition of Aero Controls will strengthen ATC Group’s in-house engineering and proprietary repair capabilities while creating targeted cross-selling opportunities. It will also enhance the company’s specialized component repair services across highly technical ATA chapters, such as avionics, electromechanical, pneumatics, transmissions, hydraulics and emergency equipment.
