Archway, a specialty finance firm focused on relationship-driven capital solutions, hired George Vartanov as a director serving in the capacity of underwriter.

Vartanov brings deep experience and a disciplined underwriting approach that aligns with Archway’s commitment to thoughtful analysis, clarity and partnership. In his role, Vartanov will support Archway’s underwriting team by evaluating transactions, collaborating across teams and helping ensure clients receive financing solutions that are both sound and strategic.

“We’re delighted to have the experience and knowledge that George brings to Archway,” said Andy McGhee, founder and CEO of Archway. “We value his approach to underwriting because it closely matches the unique way Archway does business, thoughtful, disciplined and built around relationships.”

Vartanov is known for his attention to detail and collaborative mindset. His background equips him to navigate complex financial structures while maintaining a practical, solutions-oriented perspective, an essential fit for Archway’s client-focused model.

“I’m excited to join Archway and be part of a team that values both precision and partnership,” said Vartanov. “The firm’s approach to underwriting and its commitment to doing business the right way really stood out to me. I’m looking forward to helping the team scale the business and continue building strong partnerships on well-structured opportunities.”

Archway continues to grow its team with professionals who share its values of integrity, clarity, and long-term thinking as the firm expands its underwriting capabilities and client relationships.
