B. Riley Securities, a middle market investment bank, served as sole bookrunner to Gladstone Investment in the closing of its $60 million principal amount of 6.875% unsecured notes due 2028.
The company plans to allocate the proceeds from this offering toward repaying a portion of its outstanding balance under the revolving credit facility, pursuing new investment opportunities and supporting other general corporate purposes.
