eCapital, a tech-enabled specialty finance provider serving small and midsize businesses across North America and the United Kingdom, appointed Rachel Navarro as head of client experience for its transportation group. Reporting to Melissa Forman-Barenblit, president, head of transportation group, Navarro will play a central role in shaping and advancing the division’s client strategy.

“Exceptional client service isn’t a department, it’s a mindset,” Forman-Barenblit said. “Rachel brings deep industry knowledge and years of hands-on experience leading teams that deliver real, measurable value to clients. Her appointment reflects our continued investment in leaders who understand that the strongest partnerships are built on insight, consistency and trust, ensuring we stay ahead of client needs while expanding value-added programs that strengthen engagement and drive long-term growth.”

Navarro draws on over 15 years of leadership and industry insight in building lasting client relationships across transportation and commercial finance. She most recently led client care initiatives at Arta Finance and previously spent over a decade with eCapital and its legacy companies in progressive leadership roles across sales, account management, and client relations. Recognized for her proactive, results-driven approach, she has earned a strong reputation as both a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to high-performing teams focused on communication, collaboration, and measurable results.

“At eCapital, we know that the client experience doesn’t end when a deal closes; it evolves with every conversation and every opportunity to add value,” Navarro said. “I’m thrilled to return to a team that leads with integrity and innovation, and to help build on eCapital’s strong foundation of client partnership and performance.”
