Alkami Technology, a digital sales and service platform provider for financial institutions in the U.S., formed a partnership with Hanscom Federal Credit Union (HFCU) to support the launch of HFCU’s proprietary mobile banking experience. As part of the collaboration, HFCU will also adopt Alkami’s Online Banking Platform to help ensure a seamless and secure experience across digital channels.

“This is more than a platform deployment, it’s a co-creation of a new kind of digital experience,” Jared Silver, senior vice president of digital innovation and data strategy at HFCU, said. “We’re building our mobile app from the ground up, and Alkami is the partner that truly understands our vision. Their platform gives us the flexibility to integrate our personalized, reward-based learning and financial wellness journeys that reflect our brand and values, while delivering a best-in-class digital banking experience.”

HFCU’s new mobile app will feature goal-setting tools and interactive rewards. These experiences will be integrated with Alkami’s digital infrastructure.

“At Alkami, we’re inspired by HFCU’s bold approach to member engagement,” Taylor Adkins, vice president of product management at Alkami, said. “This isn’t just another app; it’s a reimagining of what mobile banking can be. HFCU is creating something truly differentiated, and we’re proud to provide the platform that makes it possible. From the beginning, we recognized that HFCU needed a partner who could help bring their cutting-edge, industry-leading vision to life, and we’re honored to be that partner.”

Deep Varma, chief technology officer at Alkami, said, “This initiative highlights the power of combining technology with vision to drive meaningful change. HFCU’s mobile-first approach sets a benchmark for the future of credit union technology and member engagement.”
