US Capital Global appointed Matthew M. Jensen as vice president at the group’s Los Angeles and Newport Beach offices. Jensen will spearhead strategic initiatives focused on delivering customized financial solutions, including M&A advisory, debt and equity financing, and wealth and asset management services for clients nationwide.

Jensen is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of expertise across wealth management, private real estate, structured finance, investment banking, family office services, asset management and private equity funds. He began his career at UBS, where he developed a deep understanding of complex financial strategies and honed his skills in managing portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

“US Capital Global is widely recognized for its thoughtful, client-centered approach to investment and structured finance,” Jensen said. “I’m honored to join the team and to support its mission of guiding clients through complex transactions with expertise and care.”

“We are delighted to welcome Matthew to US Capital Global,” Charles Towle, chief operating officer and managing partner at US Capital Global, said. “His comprehensive background in private equity, real estate and structured finance enables him to identify and capitalize on unique investment opportunities, providing clients with innovative solutions for wealth preservation and growth. He is a strong addition to our team as we continue scaling our middle-market platform.”

Throughout his career, Jensen has worked with multi-family offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. In these roles, he gained specialized expertise in private real estate investments, structured finance and customized asset management solutions. His ability to integrate sophisticated financial strategies with a personalized approach has made him a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors alike.
