Dechert Advises Graham Partners and E Tech Group on JSat Automation Acquisition

Deal expands E Tech's global presence to ten countries across three continents while adding life sciences expertise.

Dechert recently advised both Graham Partners and E Tech Group on a recent transaction in which E Tech Group is acquiring JSat Automation (JSat). The acquisition grows E Tech’s global footprint to ten countries and three continents and adds significant experience in life sciences.

Graham Partners is a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing companies. E Tech Group is one of the largest automation engineering and system integration firms in North America. Graham Partners acquired E Tech back in April 2024. JSat Automation is a leading provider of automation and engineering solutions in the Life Sciences industry.

The Dechert team advising Graham Partners and E Tech Group was led by corporate partners R. Jeffrey Legath and Stephanie L. Haas and included corporate associates Nick Pullen and Christopher Mayer.
