ORIX Corporation USA’s Growth Capital Business Invests in Tuition.io

ORIX provides debt financing to leading education benefits platform that helps employers support their workforce through student loan assistance and tuition programs.

NEW YORK, NY – April 9, 2025 – ORIX Corporation USA’s Growth Capital business today announced it has successfully closed a debt financing facility for Tuition.io, a benefits platform that empowers employers to support their workforce through comprehensive education assistance benefits.

With student debt remaining a critical issue for employees nationwide, Tuition.io’s platform provides a meaningful solution that helps companies attract and retain top talent. Since inception in 2001, ORIX USA’s Growth Capital business has provided $2.7 billion in funding to 200 companies with customized equity and debt solutions.
