Solifi, a financial technology firm specializing in secured finance solutions, has named Karan Oberoi as its Chief Product Officer.

Oberoi joins Solifi with extensive experience in financial technology, having previously served as Chief Product Officer at Backbase, a Netherlands-based engagement banking platform used by major financial institutions worldwide. He has held senior product management roles at Backbase and Diebold Nixdorf over his 17-year career.

As Chief Product Officer, Oberoi will lead Solifi’s global product team, focusing on innovation in automotive, equipment, working capital, and wholesale finance solutions. His leadership comes as Solifi marks its 50th anniversary and continues to expand its global customer base of more than 300 financial institutions.

“We’re pleased to welcome Karan to the executive team,” said Solifi CEO Dan Corazzi. “His expertise in financial technology and understanding of customer needs will help drive the next phase of our product development.”

Oberoi said he is eager to contribute to Solifi’s technology-driven approach to secured finance. “Solifi’s commitment to innovation is shaping the future of the industry, and I look forward to advancing its mission to deliver value-driven products for customers,” he said.

Solifi, headquartered in Minneapolis and Milton Keynes, provides cloud-based finance technology solutions to banks and financial services firms worldwide.
