Encina Private Credit (EPC) provided a senior secured credit facility to support the continued growth of Eagle Merchant Partner’s portfolio company Eskola Roofing and Waterproofing, a company that focuses on commercial roofing and waterproofing services. EPC provided a first out tranche in the form of a revolving credit facility, term loan and DDTL.
