13 Banks to Arrange Debt Financing for KKR Unilever Buy

Reuters reported that Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and KKR Capital Markets are among the banks leading the debt financing to support equity firm KKR’s acquisition of UK-based Unilever’s margarine and spread business.

According to Reuters, syndication for the loan is expected to launch in early February.
