Ziegler, a specialty investment bank, served as financial advisor in the sale of Naveos to Revint Solutions, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital.
Naveos is a healthcare data analytics provider focused on maximizing government reimbursement value for hospital and health system clients. With the addition of Naveos, Revint extended its technology-enabled suite of revenue cycle and reimbursement solutions.
Since its founding in 2006, and subsequent acquisition by Tamroc Partners in 2014, Naveos has helped identify approximately $1 billion of additional reimbursement value for hospital clients in the U.S.
