Angela Fiorentino joined AmeriFactors Financial Group as senior vice president/general counsel.
As general counsel, Fiorentino will oversee the firm’s litigation matters, negotiate and document agreements and develop creative solutions to help clients overcome obstacles to obtain the funding they need.
Fiorentino began her career in the financial industry, where she worked for nearly 10 years as a stockbroker and later as chief compliance officer for an SEC and FINRA-registered broker dealer. After earning her law degree, she began working for the law firm Bast Amron, where she handled complex commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. In 2015, she joined Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, where she continued to handle similar casework.
