M&A and corporate finance lawyer Mark Goglia joined Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton as a partner.

Having advised issuers and underwriters of IPOs for more than 15 companies, Goglia has substantial expertise in the technology, energy, and retail/consumer packaged goods sectors. He will advise emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, corporate governance, investment vehicles, joint ventures, IPOs and other registered securities offerings.

Goglia previously served as a partner at Jones Day where he practiced for more than 11 years before starting his own firm. He has been recognized on the Texas Super Lawyers list for five consecutive years and has been on D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas list since 2011.

“Mark has an enviable track record and is forward-thinking in crafting winning solutions for complex transactions. We are pleased he has chosen to take the next step in his career with our firm,” said firm partner David Condon.

Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton is a full-service business law firm specializing in commercial real estate, banking and corporate transactions.
