Business Capital provided $36 million of acquisition/recapitalization financing for an award-winning winery based in Napa Valley, CA.
Founded in 1872, the company owns and operates four estate vineyards, and recently acquired another iconic family winery to add to its portfolio. In addition to vineyards, the company owns multiple wineries and a collection of agricultural/ranch and hospitality properties, including a farm-to-table destination that hosts over 200,000 visitors annually.

The new credit facility will be used for planned growth that includes acquiring additional vineyards, restaurant and lodging expansion, a new production facility and further broadening wine offerings.
