Steven Doss joined Union Bank’s regional bank as director, Small Business Administration (SBA) sales manager. He will be responsible for the processes, marketing, training and direct management of sales and supporting staff of the bank’s SBA program.
Doss will be based in the bank’s San Diego office and report to Kirsten “Didi” Hakes, managing director, head of SBA and Government Lending.

Doss served as senior vice president, regional SBA sales manager for Wells Fargo Bank for 13 years. Prior to that, he was a commercial loan officer for CDC Small Business Finance in San Diego. He began his career as a business banking officer at Wells Fargo.
