First Bank & Trust appointed Jack D. Kott senior vice president. Kott will work out of the Winchester, VA office and will serve as city executive, supporting commercial and retail banking customers.
Kott has over 29 years of banking experience, most of which, since 2001, has been invested in the Front Royal/Winchester, VA region. He has completed several senior commercial banking and business level courses as part of his professional training.
