Tree Line Partners provided a first lien term loan and equity co-investment to support Advice Media’s acquisition of Page 1 Solutions.
Advice Media, based in Park City, UT, is a provider of software-based marketing solutions for medical and dental practices. Advice Media has been managing the online footprint of private medical and dental practices nationwide for over two decades.
Founded in 2001, Page 1 Solutions provides multi-channel marketing strategies for attorneys, medical practices, and dental clinics throughout the U.S.
