Tree Line Capital Partners served as lead arranger and administrative agent for a first lien credit facility to support Midwest Vision Partners partnership with Cleveland Eye Clinic and Michigan Eye Institute.
CVC Credit Partners and City National Bank also provided financing for the transaction. MVP is owned by Alpine Investors.
MVP’s mission is to provide world-class support to ophthalmologists and optometrists, enabling them to focus on improving patients’ vision to help people live their best lives. MVP’s network consists of 4 practices and 45 physicians providing medical and surgical eye care services at 25 locations.
