LBC Small Cap, an affiliate of LBC Credit Partners, acted as the sole lead arranger and agent on a senior secured credit facility and equity co-investment to support Susquehanna Private Capital‘s acquisition of Authority Franchise Systems, known as Mosquito Authority.
