Fifth Third Business Capital provided an $8.5 million senior credit facility for Columbus, OH-based BlastOne International, a privately held company specializing in the provision of products and services to the corrosion control industry throughout the North American and Asia Pacific regions.
Schneider Downs Meridian introduced Fifth Third to BlastOne. The facility was provided through working capital and a CAPEX line of credit.
The team dedicated to completing the deal consisted of John Robinson, vice president of business development at Fifth Third, and Jeff Seiden, senior vice president of underwriting at Fifth Third.
