Talent Systems, a portfolio company of Caltius Equity Partners, acquired Spotlight, a casting platform company for TV, film, commercial and theater productions in the United Kingdom.
The transaction is Talent Systems’ fourth acquisition since the company was formed by management and Caltius Equity Partners in June 2017.
“Spotlight is an important milestone acquisition for Talent Systems, solidifying our market position and product offerings for our clients,” Rafi Gordon and Alex Amin, co-CEOs of Talent Systems, said in a joint statement.
Talent Systems provides online technology, software and services that connect casting directors and studios with agents and actors to facilitate the auditioning and hiring of talent for commercials, TV and film productions.
