in News

In the first of its free monthly livestream events of 2021, ABF Journal will gather a panel of experts from Encina Business Credit, White Oak Commercial Finance, Crystal Financial and Gordon Brothers to discuss the current state of the retail finance industry on Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. EST.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected retailers more than nearly any other industry, and providers of retail finance have had to deal with serious challenges. This livestream will briefly cover the basics of retail finance and what differentiates it from other lending activities, and then explore how COVID-19 has affected retailers and their financial sources, including a look at the holiday shopping season.

The panelists for the event will be:

  • Howard Brownstein, President, The Brownstein Corporation (Moderator)
