Audax Private Debt acted as administrative agent and co-lead arranger on a second lien credit facility to support the merger of QuantiTech and Millennium Engineering and Integration Company.
QuantiTech, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, is a provider of technical engineering and management support services for mission critical defense programs.
Headquartered in Arlington, VA, Millennium Engineering and Integration Company provides technical engineering services, research and development support, and systems engineering and integration solutions to customers in the space, defense, cyber and intelligence communities.
