Abacus Finance Group served as administrative agent and sole lead arranger for senior secured credit facilities to support a growth investment in Wagner Logistics by LongueVue Capital.
Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Kansas City, MO, Wagner Logistics is a third party logistics provider providing contract warehousing and fulfillment and related transportation services.
Founded in 2001, LongueVue Capital is a New Orleans-based private equity firm.
