Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused commercial finance company specializing in middle market lending, upsized its senior secured credit facility with WinCup, a manufacturer of traditional and sustainable disposable foodservice to-go ware, including phade PHA straws. WinCup is a portfolio company of Atar Capital.
The new capital will provide WinCup with additional liquidity to support the increasing market demand for its products. The bespoke facility includes a revolver, term loan and a stretch term loan.
