CohnReznick Earn Three Turnaround Atlas Awards

Several teams from CohnReznick’s restructuring and dispute resolution practice were recognized by Global M&A Network with three awards at its 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala. CohnReznick earned the following three awards:

  • Special Situation M&A Deal Award for its work on Winc’s chapter 11 restructuring sale to AMASS. CohnReznick provided advisory and technical support in the restructuring and subsequent sale of Winc’s assets. The deal team included Kevin Clancy, global director of CohnReznick’s restructuring and dispute resolution practice and Vinni Toppi, partner, restructuring and dispute resolution practice.

  • Distressed Investment Deal Award for advisory work supporting the AeroFarms chapter 11 restructuring and take-over by investors including Grosvenor Food & AgTech. The CohnReznick deal team included Clancy and Taylor Sherman, director, restructuring and dispute resolution practice.

  • Pre-Pack Restructuring Award for transactions work on ID Auto (fka PARTS iD). The deal team included Sherman, managing principal Claudine Cohen and managing directors Avi Bobker and Ioana Iorga.
