Shelane Francisco has joined Woodsboro Bank as vice president, branch manager of the downtown branch. The bank also promoted Thomas Ramsay to VP/branch channel leader and Angela Simmons to branch manager.
Francisco has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry with half of that time in the Frederick, MD market. Over the course of her career, she’s worked in various roles including commercial banking management, sales, human resources, customer service and operations.
As vice president/branch channel leader, Ramsay will oversee the branch operations and leading his bank colleagues moving forward. He joined the bank in 2018 as a business development officer. He has 20 years of banking experience in retail and business banking.
Simmons was promoted to branch manager of the bank’s Rt. 40 branch. She joined the bank in 2011 and prior to her promotion was a relationship banker at the Thurmont Branch.
