Law firm Winston & Strawn recently served as initial purchasers’ counsel to J. P. Morgan Securities, Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley & Co. in connection with the private offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of Exelon’s 3.25% convertible senior notes due 2029. The offering consisted of $900 million of firm notes and an additional $100 million of notes issued pursuant to the initial purchasers’ option.
