Wingspire Capital provided $50 million of a revolving line of credit facility to keg sales and rental company MicroStar Logistics as part of a larger agented transaction led by Ares Commercial Finance.
MicroStar Logistics is a North American keg logistics company that provides kegs and keg distribution services to brewers across the United States. The company also provides outsourced keg solutions to brewers in Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia.
“We are pleased to work alongside Ares to provide a credit facility that will help MicroStar operate and grow its business,” John Rosin, president and COO of Wingspire Capital, said.
