Tracy Kerrins has been named Wells Fargo’s chief information officer of Enterprise Functions Technology. Kerrins will report to Saul Van Beurden, head of Technology. She is based in Charlotte, N.C.

“Tracy has a tremendous track record of strong leadership and technology experience,” said Van Beurden. “We are excited to have such a dynamic CIO join our team as we continue providing innovative and secure technology solutions to our customers, business partners and team members.”

Under Van Beurden’s leadership, the Technology organization is focused on reengineering its platform to deliver technology that is secure and stable with fast, innovative features. Kerrins will be responsible for providing technology services and solutions for Wells Fargo enterprise functions, including Human Resources, Corporate Risk, Finance, Technology, Audit, Legal, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, and Data.

Kerrins has worked in the technology and finance industries for more than 20 years with leadership experience in wholesale credit and banking, anti-money laundering, credit shared services, and commercial loan and lease accounting. Most recently, she was the chief operations and technology officer of Antares Capital. Previously, Kerrins led Bank of America’s Global Wholesale Credit and Banking Technology division and worked as a consultant at Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

At Antares, she founded and chaired the company’s diversity and inclusion council, and at Bank of America she served as the global leader for the Women in Technology and Operations organization.
