FSW Funding hired Todd Weber as director of operations. Weber will manage the FSW factoring and asset-based lending portfolios to minimize risk and increase operational efficiency.
Weber has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of factoring, collections, and risk management. Weber has also demonstrated a strong ability to identify, research and analyze issues and then to create strategies to resolve those issues, thus improving the company’s bottom line and contributing to its success.
Prior to joining FSW, Weber worked at eCapital as the director of Credit, Risk and Underwriting.
