Vinson & Elkins continues to expand its global corporate practice with the addition of leveraged finance partner Lucy Jenkins in London.
Jenkins was previously with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Jenkins joins a growing team of corporate partners in V&E’s London office.

Jenkins focuses her practice on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, primarily related to sponsor-led M&A activity. She also has extensive experience in cross-border financing and advises on debt restructuring.
