Wolverine Worldwide amended its senior secured credit facilities to facilitate an overall increase of $300 million. JPMorgan Chase led the lender group as agent. Wells Fargo and MUFG served as co-syndication agents.
Air Lease announced a wholly owned subsidiary entered into a joint venture with a co-investment vehicle to invest in commercial aircraft. BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse arranged the revolving warehouse facility.
PharMerica announced it closed on a new credit agreement. The company will use the facilities for general corporate purposes and to pursue acquisition opportunities. Bank of America acted as administration agent.
Waypoint Leasing said it has raised a further $300 million in term loans to refinance existing assets previously funded under its revolver. Wells Fargo Securities, BNP Paribas, MUFG Union and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead arrangers.
Hercules Technology Growth Capital said it amended its credit facility with MUFG Union Bank increasing its size to $75 million from $30 million. An accordion feature could increase the size to $95 million.
