Marathon Oil priced an offering of $1 billion of 4.400% senior notes that will mature on July 15, 2027. Concurrently, the company increased its credit facility from $3.3 billion to $3.4 billion.
GulfMark Offshore entered into a $10 million multicurrency credit facility with a group of lenders led by The Royal Bank of Scotland as agent.
Innospec completed the acquisition of the European Differentiated Surfactants business from Huntsman. To support the transaction, Lloyds Bank added a $110 million term loan to Innospec’s credit facility.
