According to Reuters, the Brexit vote is not critical for the U.S. leveraged loan market.
Reuters reported that thanks to an imbalance in supply and demand, issuers and sponsors are returning to the leveraged loan market in Europe seeking more attractive debt terms.
Bloomberg reported that despite a recent surge in merger and acquisition activity, we are experiencing the biggest “investor retreat” in three years from the U.S. leveraged loan market.
