Groupe Renault finalized a €5 billion ($5.6 billion) credit facility agreement with BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, HSBC France, Natixis and Société Générale. The agreement is guaranteed up to 90% of the total amount borrowed by the French State.
Crédit Agricole, HSBC France and Natixis will serve as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners for a €7 billion ($7.58 billion) financing arrangement for the Air France-KLM Group.
BNP Paribas, Handelsbanken and Nordea acted as coordinating mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners for a €750 million revolving credit facility for UPM.
Global sustainable coffee company Sucafina and an 11-bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas with Rabobank, as sustainability agent, have renewed their sustainability linked syndicated borrowing base facility first established in 2017.
Société Générale acted as lead mandated lead arranger on a €2.524 billion ($2.862 billion) financing package for MSC Cruises. The funds will be used to finance construction of three new vessels.
Air France and KLM Airlines renewed their joint €1.1 billion ($1.27 billion) revolving credit facility with a syndicate of 18 banks.
Royal Caribbean Cruises entered into credit agreements for the financing of ships scheduled for delivery in fall 2018 and the first half of 2020. Citibank Europe served as facility agent.
