GasLog launched a debt financing of $1.05 billion led by Citibank, Credit Suisse and Noreda to re-finance six legacy facilities that covers eight on-the-water vessels.
GasLog and GasLog Partners entered into agreements for the refinancing of six vessels of up to $576.5 million. ABN AMRO and DNB were the mandated lead arrangers of the transaction.
GasLog completed an export credit agency-backed debt financing of $1.3 billion with fourteen international banks led by Citibank for its current newbuilding program.
The GasLog partnership agreed to purchase 100% of the entities that own and charter two LNG vessels. Citibank will provide a new $450 facility to refinance the vessels’ current facilities.
