BCT-Bank of Charles Town appointed Terry L. Elliott to the position of senior vice president, commercial lender. Elliott’s more than 20 years of commercial banking experience will bolster BCT’s strategic efforts to expand commercial lending.
Pulaski Bank announced that Patrick Ricke joined the bank as VP, Commercial Lending. Previously, Ricke served as commercial banking officer at Midwest BankCentre.
S&T Bank appointed David Fraser as vice president, commercial lending, responsible for overseeing the bank’s floorplan lending operations in Northeast Ohio.

S&T Bank appointed John Kline as SVP, commercial lending. Prior to S&T, Kline served as senior vice president, commercial lending at another regional financial institution.
CNB Bank announced that EVP/senior commercial lending officer Richard L. Sloppy is retiring at the end of 2013. His successor Joseph E. Dell was hired as SVP/senior commercial lending officer.
TCF Capital Funding announced the hiring of Dan Delgadillo as vice president. Delgadillo was previously interim president at Mid America Bank and prior to that held numerous positions with Wells Fargo.
Troutman Sanders announced the addition of a three-lawyer team to its Lending and Structured Finance practice. Joining the firm as partners from Greenberg Traurig are Jeffrey M. Rosenthal and Thomas P. Duignan and associate Nneoma A. Maduike.
TD Bank named James (Jim) E. Van Orden III as relationship manager in Commercial Lending. He is re-joining TD Bank, where he served in a similar role for six years. Van Orden previously held commercial lending positions at Key Bank and Merchants Bank.
